A training plan that lives in Claude

Your plan adapts to your life, not the other way around.

Claude plans your lifting and running a week at a time, and Stoke keeps the record and does the arithmetic. Tell Claude a day is out or a session ran short, and it moves what has to move and tells you why.

You: Only have 40 minutes Wednesday, and Thursday’s out.

Claude: Shortened Wednesday’s push to fit 40 minutes and moved Thursday’s pull to Friday. Your back is still behind for the week, so Friday leads with rows.

Stoke's week card. Wednesday's push day and Friday's pull day are highlighted as changed, and the footer reads: push day replanned, pull day moved to Friday. Back is behind its target for the week.

The week

Set from how last week landed.

At the start of each week, say which days are out. Claude sets the work for each muscle group from what you actually did, and puts sessions on the days you have.

Cut short

A short session still counts.

Log what you got through. Stoke counts it toward the week, and Claude moves what’s left to where it fits.

A bad week

Missed honestly, and nothing owed.

When a week can’t land, Claude says so and what it costs. Next week is set from what happened, never from what you missed.

Running

Running and lifting, in one week.

Tell Claude about a race or a run you’re building toward. Easy and hard minutes sit in the same week as your lifts, and a planned run is logged from a sentence: “5k easy, 28 minutes.”

Stoke's week card with lifts and runs in the same week: an easy run done Tuesday, a tempo run Thursday, and bars for easy and hard running minutes beside the muscle groups.

The books

Every change says why.

Your plan changes in the open. Every change to a session is logged with its reason, and Claude can read the log back or put a change back when you ask.

Start

Add Stoke to Claude.

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Stoke and paste this URL:https://mcp.stokefit.com/mcp
  3. Connect, then create your Stoke account or sign in.
  4. Start a new conversation and tell Claude what you’re training for, and whether a run or race is coming up.

Stoke works in Claude on the web, on the desktop, and in the mobile apps. You need a Claude account, and on a Team or Enterprise plan an owner may need to add the connector. Stoke itself is free for now.

What does Stoke see?
Only what Claude sends its tools: your goal, the days you can’t train, your week’s targets, your sessions, the sets and runs you log, and with each change Claude’s reason and the words of yours that prompted it. Stoke doesn’t get the rest of your conversation. The privacy policy has the details.
What if it gets something wrong?
Say so in the conversation. You can ask Claude to put a change back, and with your okay it can send Stoke feedback about what went wrong.
Is this medical advice?
No. Stoke is a training plan, not medical advice. If you’re injured, or unsure whether you should train, ask a doctor first.
